Half Marathon: May 2, 2009

The half marathon this year was great! A few people from my ward ran it, as well as my running buddy, Johanna. Although we all finished at different times, it was nice knowing I wasn't alone. You know what they say, misery loves company!

This was me at the last quarter or so mile. I was totally wiped out and ready to be done!

This is our friend Ryan that just started running this year and finished under 2 hours. WOW!

Spring Break 09

We started the week off by spending a few days at Dillon's Beach where we flied a kite, played in the sand, boogie boarded and explored the tide pools. The weather was great and we had a blast. Then, we headed to Santa Clara to spend the day at Great America. The lines were short and the kids had fun trying out all the rides!
